Serving as the Operations Manager for the MSU Department of Military Science, Adriana Feldpausch is a multifaceted leader who manages the department's daily operations, facilities, human resources, and financial affairs. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, Mrs. Feldpausch brings unique cross-cultural communication strengths and leverages her bilingual communication skills to strengthen student recruitment and foster meaningful connections with cadets and their families.

With 30 years of higher education experience, a strong background in academic administration, marketing, and event coordination, and fully committed to operational excellence, Adriana Feldpausch creates a robust infrastructure needed to support daily mission readiness while empowering faculty, staff, and cadets to thrive. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Liberal Arts, Marketing and Sales from Western Michigan University.

Mrs. Feldpausch is married with one son and a proud grandmother.
